At Rose Anvil, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our leather goods and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on items in original, unworn condition. Please note that customized or modified products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the leather is protected from potential shipping damage.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our workshop, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
