About the Monkey Boot

The Monkey Boot, born from WWII and adopted by England's punk scene, has been lost to time. Most brands making "monkey boots" today are actually just making Converse-style boots with overlapping toe panels. 

Real monkey boots however, featured a seamless vamp that wrapped from quarter to quarter, giving you all the benefits of a lace-to-toe without the bunching.

That's why we partnered with Goral, the masters of Blake stitch construction, to reimagine this 80-year-old classic with everything that made the original great, upgraded for the modern era.

Built on a lightweight Vibram wedge sol, upgraded to a full veg tan leather insole and, made from our new Rose Anvil x Seidel Lightning Blood Core leather, it's the boot-sneaker hybrid the monkey boot was always meant to be. 

Flexible like a sneaker, built like a boot and, being made from Blood Core, it only looks better the more you beat them up & the Yellow bleeds through.
